Nearly 80 years have passed since Shin Hinomoto (Andies) first opened its doors beneath the elevated tracks in Yurakucho. Throughout the years, we have watched over the ever-changing streetscapes of Ginza and Marunouchi. And today, we are pleased to unveil our new digital “home.”

This new website is more than just an update to our information. It was created to vividly convey to people around the world the atmosphere of what owner Andy sees and selects every morning at Toyosu Market, and the rhythm of life beneath the red-brick buildings in Yurakucho.

Our menu page is now easier to view on smartphones, and we’ve added a news section featuring the latest arrivals, along with a seamless reservation system. While we’ve embraced the convenience of digital technology, our core philosophy—to serve the freshest fish in a vibrant atmosphere—remains unchanged.
