  • Every morning, owner Andy personally visits Toyosu Market. Drawing on over 40 years of experience, he meticulously selects only the freshest fish in peak condition each day. He pours his passion into offering quality that rivals Ginza's high-end restaurants, all within the vibrant atmosphere of Yurakucho.

  • Since we prioritize seasonal ingredients above all else, our menu changes daily. Our handwritten menu features luxurious delicacies such as extra-large king crabs, bluefin tuna, red seabream, and yellowtail—all freshly delivered that very day. What’s available depends entirely on the catch of the day. Please enjoy a truly once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.
