Andy’s Special Café, “ Shin Hinomoto,” Opens for a Limited Time Under the Red Brick Viaduct in Yurakucho

Beneath the red-brick arches that have long stood witness to the history of the Yurakucho, Ginza, and Marunouchi areas. Since opening his shop there, Andy has been making regular trips to Toyosu Market (formerly Tsukiji) for over 40 years, constantly seeking out the finest ingredients. Now, that passion is coming to fruition in a slightly different way than usual.

For a limited time of one month, Shin Hinomotois launching a pop-up “café.” We’ll be welcoming you with a relaxed café atmosphere—a bit different from our usual lively izakaya vibe. Please come enjoy a carefully crafted cup of coffee along with the warm hospitality of Andy, who has been beloved in this neighborhood for many years.
