Since opening his shop there, Andy has been making the trip to Toyosu Market (formerly Tsukiji) for over 40 years, constantly seeking out the finest ingredients. Now, that passion is coming to fruition in a slightly different way than usual.

For a limited time of one month, Shin Hinomoto is launching a pop-up "café." We invite you to experience a relaxed, coffee-shop atmosphere—a refreshing change from our usual lively izakaya vibe.
