Located at the intersection of Yurakucho, Ginza, and Marunouchi, " Shin Hinomoto " has been making history for over 80 years beneath the red-brick arches. To share owner Andy’s 40 years of passion and dedication with a wider audience, we have completely revamped our official website. While preserving the "vibrant atmosphere under the railway tracks" that has been cherished for so many years, the new design allows you to experience our story online as well.

Since the restaurant first opened, Andy has continued to visit Toyosu Market every day to personally select the freshest fish available. Our new website provides detailed information on our signature seafood dishes, which highlight seasonal ingredients, as well as our curated selection of fine sake from across Japan. We have also updated our reservation system to make it more user-friendly, ensuring a seamless experience for guests both in Japan and abroad.
